In the event transfer of properties, districts facilitate transfer of properties and levy taxes in pursuant with the Law No.23/2019 and district’s specific bylaws and related policies and procedures.

How to apply for Tax on Transfer of Property

They include:

1. Login or Register an account as an applicant
2. From your dashboard select new Tax on Transfer of Property. Fill out the application form and Submit it. The technical officers at the Local government will review the application.
3. After approval, an invoice will be generated and a notification for payment shall be sent via SMS or email. Open the invoice from your dashboard and select Pay Now.
4. Upon successful payment, the application will proceed to the Director of Tax for approval/revert.
5. Download and print your receipt.
